In history, Ran Min Maqiu and Liang Du all had some friends or colleagues, ministers or opponents.
Ma Qiu is actually a famous man, whose fame is no less than that of Kui ‘an, Li Nong and Pu Hong. These people are very different from Shi Min’s.
Maqiu was a Jieren who made his debut very early. At the beginning of his career, the general fought in all directions for the first time. In the year of Xianhe (A.D. 333), Maqiu crusaded against Pu Hong of the Di nationality, defeated Pu Hong and led 20,000 troops to surrender to Shi Hu.
Then General Guo Tai of Maqiu led 20,000 light cavalry to chase Duan Liao, captured his mother and wife in Miyun Mountain, beheaded 3,000 people, and Duan Liao fled to a dangerous place on his own, and sent his Duan Qite to Zhao Feng for a table and a famous horse.
However, Ma Qiuhou was ambushed by the former Yan Muke troops and Duan Liao troops in accepting Duan Liao’s surrender, and was defeated by the furious Shi Hu, who removed his official position and title.
In fact, Ma Qiu has long been named Hou or a county Hou, but he was knocked down by a defeat. Fortunately, Shi Hu still knew Ma Qiu’s ability at that time and let him run the army. He didn’t think this fellow should follow Shi Xuan to revolt.
In fact, Shi Min didn’t know it was Maqiu’s remarkable record later.
In addition to fighting in Liangwai, Maqiu also participated in the Shishi rebellion.
In the sixth year of Yonghe (35 years), Ma Qiu and Wang Lang went to Ma Qiu from Chang ‘an to Luoyang, and killed thousands of Hu Wang Lang in Wang Lang’s army and went to Xiangguo according to the order in the letter from Ran Min, the king of martial arts who was in charge of the state affairs at that time.
Ma Qiu led his troops to return to Yecheng, Honghu (Puhong), and sent General Long Xiang to attack and capture Ma Qiu’s general.
Maqiu, this fellow’s life has been ups and downs, and he finally died.
Ma Qiu, who has won Pu Hongxin’s trust, was poisoned at a banquet and killed Pu Hong. He tried to seize Pu Hong’s soldiers and was finally killed by Pu Jian.
Besides, Liang Dui Liang Dui, a man with a few achievements in historical records, has no doubt about his ability!
Liang Du was the commander-in-chief of Gao Li’s escort in the East Palace of Zhao State, and also led a sensational uprising.
In the 15th year of Jianwu in the original history, after 349 AD, Zhao Taishixuan was killed by the monarch Shi Hu, and more than 10,000 guards of his East Palace were also detained and abused on the way to Liangzhou. When he went to Yongcheng, now Fengxiang, Shaanxi, he led a garrison to hold an uprising and claimed to be the general of the East.
The rebel army attacked the county with a big axe and killed the officials. Qin Yong defended the soldiers, and they all responded. When they arrived in Chang ‘an, Zhao Leping, Wang Shibao, went out of Tongdong and defeated Li Nong and Zhang Hedu, they rode hundreds of thousands of steps in Xin ‘an, now Mianchi East and Luoyang in Henan Province.
After Zhao dumped the country, Yan Wang Shi Bin was the commander-in-chief of Chinese and foreign military forces, such as Yao Yizhong and Fu Hong, to stop the uprising army from advancing eastward. He was defeated and killed in Xingyang, now Henan.
The two sworn brothers Shi Min are not ordinary people, but much better than Shi Bin, Shi Zun and Liu Xian.
After solving the problem in Handan, Shi Min’s army rested in Handan for two days, and then he started riding 250 thousand (including the sudden incident of the defenders in Handan and the temporary suspension of Liang Du and Ma Qiu’s troops). During the period of attacking Yecheng in the south, he has been besieging Yecheng loyalists to meet.
At that time, more than 450,000 loyalists outside Yecheng got together and even camped for dozens of miles, which made the world shake!
"General Li Nong, please report the situation in Yecheng for one and a half months." Shi Min was the commander-in-chief of the armies outside Zhao Fu, who had moderate military strength and was equivalent to Marshal Ma, a mountain soldier, so he took a position when he came to Yecheng War Camp.
Li Nong immediately dequeued: "Our army has besieged Yecheng for more than a dozen days and nights, and Shi Xuan, a strong rebel of Naiyecheng, forced the city to be young and strong to help our soldiers break into the city three times, but they were beaten back."
"Is there anything else?"
Li Nong took out a letter from his pocket and said, "This is a handwritten letter from Shi Xuan and his seal."
When I took the letter, I couldn’t help but frown. "Does Shi Xuan want to submit to the State of Jin?"
"Yes," said Li Nong with a dignified face. "The rebels are now a spent force! Shi Xuan has fled or moved reinforcements to the state of Jin … There are several letters written by Shi Xuan from the viceroy. Our army has intercepted two of them, and the rest should have gone to health. "
"What? !” Shi Min smell speech was furious discoloration.
The emperors and ministers of the Eastern Jin Dynasty actually wanted to expel the Tatars and restore the Central Plains from the bottom of their hearts. Otherwise, there would be no Zulu Northern Expedition, Huan Wen Northern Expedition and Emperor Wu of Song Northern Expedition!
Historically, the Eastern Jin Dynasty accepted many rebels from the Central Plains. If the southern gentry didn’t give strength and didn’t want to support the Eastern Jin Dynasty to restore the Central Plains, the Eastern Jin Dynasty might have been in the Central Plains for a long time.
Shi Min’s face sank. "It seems to you that the Yecheng war and the Shi Xuan rebellion must end as soon as possible!"
People’s hearts are unpredictable. Although Jie Zhao is now outnumbered and powerful, it is even more powerful than before Shi Xuan’s rebellion. But these are superficial phenomena. There are not many troops who are truly loyal to Shi Hu’s real court. Even Shi Min has his own career in his heart.
Once the Eastern Jin Dynasty saw the opportunity of the Northern Expedition and dispatch troops attacked again, 100,000 soldiers were needed, and most of the Zhao armies were going to fall apart.
It’s not that Zhao has so many troops, but we don’t want to consume our own strength too much.
Shi Min asked again, "The news that Handan has defected has not arrived in Yecheng these days, has it?"
"No," said Li Nong, shaking his head, "I didn’t say that Yecheng was besieged by 20 people, but a fly outside didn’t want to fly in! Shi Xuan can never learn that Handan has broken the news. "
"good"
Shi Min turned his attention to Liang Dushen again and said, "Second brother, it’s time for you to make a mistake."
Chapter 145 Layout
There is a smell of blood in the smoke-filled Yecheng, mixed with the smell of burning, which makes people vomit.
Looking around, the whole Yecheng city wall has become broken and pitted. The wall is inlaid with several boulders, several crossbows and several sharp spears. The wall was made of thick blue bricks. It broke because one or two mouths appeared and was piled up by some sundries, and a wall was barely built.
The deep red blood has dried up, and the conspicuous blood is stained on the battlements, female walls and corridors of the city wall. Several bodies in Chen Zhe are rebel soldiers and loyalist soldiers.
No matter whether it is Chengtou or outside the city, many military men are cleaning up the battlefield, searching for crossbows, spears, spears and hard bows, and carrying out the bodies of their comrades to burn or bury them to avoid plague.
Of course, there are also some unlucky people who urge the dead to be directly thrown into mass graves. In the end, they either turn into a pile of bones or are eaten up by wolves and leopards.
Yecheng Chengtou’s blood-stained bright flag fluttered in the wind, but it was no longer arrogant and bared its teeth. Instead, it was about to die like a dying old man.
"The enemy attacked again!" With the watchtower, a foot soldier’s propaganda suddenly sounded on all sides to represent the fighting gongs, which resounded the whole city.
Those rebel soldiers who were paralyzed and sat on the ground with a dull face and numbness had to cheer up, pull their heads and pick up weapons, and then poked around to the bottom battlefield.
Not far away, a big black torrent appeared on the horizon.
The work of cleaning the battlefield is not over yet, but the loyalist has obviously failed to converge on the bodies of his own soldiers. Looking at Chengtou, I saw those loyalist soldiers arranged in an orderly manner and marched in a uniform pace to move closer to the wall side.
As always, Li Nong gave orders in the position of the Chinese army. After the formation, he waved his sword and pointed to Chengtou and said, "Siege!"
"Kill!"
"rush!"
As Li Nong gave orders, the foot soldiers rushed to the wall of Yecheng, clutching their weapons.
The original large moat has long been blocked by corpses, bows and arrows, rolling stones, rolling logs and other things, so these people who rushed over can easily climb the city head with ladders.
Covering these charge soldiers is a swarm of arrows, catapults and crossbows, all of which are fired together to suppress the rebel fire in Chengtou. However, most of the rebel soldiers who stir up will be killed and wounded.
This is a very cruel offensive and defensive war!
